I’ve been looking for a good nail place ever since I moved to kitsap county. My friend mentioned this place to me and I decided to give it a go. I was very impressed with this salon. I really like the fact that they have a system where you have to check in. I brought a picture of a design that I wanted with my full set. Tiffany did a phenomenal job! She took her time to make my nails look perfect! I have never had a nail tech do such an amazing job, I will gladly drive the 20 minutes every few weeks to get them done because it is worth it! I would give them a 10 star rating if that were an option!
I’ve tried many places in the area. These folks are by far the best! I’m never disappointed with the quality of their services.
Ana was great! She was very polite, she took her time but was also aware of me being on my break at work and definitely took that into consideration! This was my first time going here and it was a great experience!! I will be coming back tomorrow for a matching pedicure! ????????????
I have enjoyed coming to this salon for over a year now (after 15 years at another.) There have been a few times that I haven’t made an appointment, they have been slammed, and it’s taken close to 2 hours for a mani-pedi but usually I am in and out in 45 min to an hour, (being taken care of by two people.) I have been pleased with the kindness/professionalism of the staff, and very pleased with the results of my services. Of the dozens of clients I have observed, there have only been two cranky ones. I see care being taken with clients young and old, and my husband has even joined me twice and other than being ticklish he liked the pampering. While the reception may seem curt, the actual experience is not as it’s out of a place of timing, and concern for client comfort. Prices are reasonable and cleanliness is good.
this place is a little on the pricier side, but they do really good full set and are amazing with designs!
I go to Sandy to do my nails she always does an excellent job I am very happy with my nails since I have started getting my nails done. I highly recommend her.
Definitely need an appointment if you don't like to wait. They're under-staffed right now so have patience. But worth it.
*Edit: had an appointment over a weekcalled 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel and told me they could not get me in. I have a wedding to go to tomorrowams now I need to find a new salon I guess they treat you good the first time you come in but every time after that has been a long wait even after I've made an appointment and they don't put you with who you ask to be put with. I will never go back there.
I came here every few weeks for over 2 years. They did decent nails, nothing amazing. For the last 3 months they became worse and worse with honoring appointment times. The last few times they made me wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. After they had me wait 45 minutes later than my appointment time I decided I'd never come back. They never tell you they are running late and it has made me late for work meetings.
