The worst customer!!! They don’t pay attention to who’s next, they allow others to go in front of you. No type of structure in the salon and they have bare minimum service. Nails don’t even last. This reminds mewhy I drive to the city or downtown Chicago to get my nails done. Don’t waist your time.
This place has really gone downhill.
They refuse to have a sign in sheet and can't keep track of what order the customer enter the shop
When the issue is addressed with them
They refuse to acknowledge the issue.
And will flat out lie to the order that patrons entered the shop.
Even if others patrons informed them of the order
One may think that all African Americans people look alike to them and they can't tell us apart
But we all know that can't be the cases........
I have been here 2 hours and they have been taking people that have been here after us, im not coming again. SPEND YOUR MONEY AT LANSING NAILS NOT HERE!!! ❤️❤️
Very rude, terrible customer service, no sign in sheet They do not greet you when you come in. I’ve been going for over 10 years and had several bad experiences with the quality of work and bad attitudes. One visit the nail tech got upset because I told her she needs to slow down because she was rushing on my feet and filing my nails too hard. She got upset, threw the tool in the water and walked off. I was so upset. I sat there at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Finally someone came and fixed my feet. That was the last straw. I will not go back again, and would not recommend them to anyone. They talk about you in your face and beg for tips. They deserve no stars!
I was waiting for about a hour and a half and it was 2 people before me and my granddaughters. When I initially came in the man greeted me and I told him the services that I wanted. After that, about 7 more patrons came in after me and my family. They have no system of seeing what order the patrons come in and who is next. They called me to get a pedicure and I overheard another lady saying that she was next and my grandchildren was still waiting. I summoned the man in charge that my grandchildren were next, but he blew me off and took two other patrons that came in after us. I was very disappointed in the way that I was treated and he didn’t even acknowledge my concerns . Very unprofessional.
Not the last to enter but the last to leave. Nails were not great and I didn't tip this time. Been coming here for over 15yrs because prices were great. New faces and service standards and they expect tips no matter the service quality.
Totally unprofessional! Never greets customers! Last pedicure was poor quality and this time I waited 40 minutes only to be told I should come back tomorrow for a pedicure. Total disregard for patrons. I will not come back tomorrow or ever! This is the 3rd negative experience I've had. My husband also had a negative experience. I will not be patronizing this place anymore and I should'nt have given them as many chance as I did. I will spend my money elsewhere where I am valued and treated accordingly!
