My first time coming to this salon. It was nice and clean. I was surprised by how grand and upscale it looks in a small town like this. The staff was super friendly and professional. Lindsey and Kim did my nails and toes and I was very pleased with their work. It's best to call in for an appointment as they get really busy. I walked in and the wait was 1 hour and I came back after. But the wait was worth it because I was very happy with my nails. Definitely coming back soon.
Lindsey does the best dip mani for me. I have searched to find good quality since moving here in 2021. So happy to have found this place. Always clean and friendly staff. Also, My 16 year old daughter gets beautiful designs from Joe. I’m very surprised to see the negative reviews. Definitely a great experience for us!!!
Salon was clean and people were friendly but my nails didn’t turn out great. I asked for a dip powder manicure and basic pedicure. Pedi was great but I did not get a manicure - literally just the dip powder. No cuticle care or lotion or anything on my hands. The tech also did not use the color I chose. I picked a super light pink/white with a tip and he picked his own color, more of a brown/the exact shade as my natural nails and way shorter than I wanted, so my hands look really stumpy and awkward. He rushed and did not listen to what I wanted, I even showed him a picture.
I had a 2:00 appointment with no particular manicurist. No receptionist at counter. I let one of the manicurist know that I had appointment at 2. She ignored me like I was invisible. Sat down. Waited and waited again told another manicurist. He asked with who and I relied. Noone particular. Ignored again. Finally after a half hour told me to sit at a table. Sat down still after 20 minutes I left. So many other salons to go to that I don't need LV Nails.
They did a bad job on my nails in past, decided to give them a shot with pedicure. Absolutely horrible pedicure, didn’t do it in the right sequence, no scrub was used on my feet and legs etc. 50 dollars for polish and 1 minute total oil massage
i have been to this salon probably 7 or 8 times. but this most recent time was the only time i had any issues. to begin, i was never asked what color i would like so i walked out with a “suprise” that i didn’t exactly like. 2 days i
after i had my dips done i had a nail break while i was driving (seen in my image). the extension just popped off with no warning or signs of cracking. the next day i had a full nail of dip come off while i was showering. i am always very careful with my nails and i have never seen anything like this. but the service at this salon is definitely the best i’ve seen in this area. i am sure that this was just a “faulty” dip job. but i will probably not be returning to this salon.
Have loved this place for several years, spend time in Venice during winter, had a less than good experience my last visit, day one, chip in dip repaired for free, day four another nail chipped, day 5 a huge chip on thumb. Not a value for four days wear. Was on vacation, no cleaning or dishes, cannot understand why dip didn't wear, every other dip manicure has top coated with gel ... Not this time. Will ask for gel top coat next time.
This is my nail salon. Love them. They do gels, acrylics etc... Great nail art. Clean shop.
