If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
I asked for a square oval shape and they gave me a flare shape. I asked for purple and they gave me white.
A guy started doing my nails and he was being very slow. He first cut my nails very long, so I asked if they could be shorter and he scoffed at me. Then a lady stepped in and she was going too fast to notice how bad she was doing. She filed the sides of my nails so fast that it started burning my skin. She did not cut my cuticles. Then she only did two coats of nail polish, giving my nails a streaky look. Needless to say, I did NOT get the nails I wanted.
They were all too busy on their phones while doing people’s nails. There was nail dust everywhere and their supplies were not clean at all. I saw multiple ladies get pedicures and not once did I see them clean the bowls.
I will never be coming here again. Do better.
I love the atmosphere really great nails and pedicures. Friendly personable. I've been going here almost 1 year. Loyal customer. I always feel like a million dollars walking out. They are professional make you feel like family after your their client. And really the best salon I know. I won't ever change. Very sweetest people I could ask for in a salon. They will craftsmanship any design or style that fits your request. But nothing is freel(my therapuetic moments) love this business.
In general I’ve had a good experience at this place, HOWEVER there is one older lady with short hair who works here that has NOT done a good job on my nails multiple times. The first time I got my nails done by her, she clipped my skin too much and it started bleeding, twice! The second time she did my nails, she clipped too much again (it hurts!) AND she got globs of the gel nail polish on my skin and did nothing to even try to clean it off. The underside of my nails were basically glued to my skin due to the gel nail polish, and there were multiple globs and polish just blatantly left on my fingers. I could have easily done a job like this from home, given how much nail polish is stuck on my skin. The other nail techs here are good, hence why I didn’t give only one star, but she is NOT good and if you get her ask for someone else!!
I’ve been coming for 4 years and love it! I get the powder dip (which totally saved my nails and kept them super healthy) and my daughter gets acrylics. I’ve had gel, acrylic and now am a powder dip addict, and have been happy with all of them. Service is fast, professional, and they remember what my daughter and I like, which shows they care about their clients. Prices are super reasonable with excellent service. Kristi and her team are all awesome!

The lady greeted my friends and I with a smile and was very positive whenever she asked what services we needed. I asked if she could just remove my acrylic nails and she had another nail specialist remove them.
She frequently checked in on us and asked if we would like to add a color, or even a bottle of water.
Whenever the guy was taking off my acrylic nails and manicuring them, his skill was truly almost perfect. Nothing can ever be perfect, but it was close enough.
He acted with consideration and precision, shaping my nails in almost a perfect shape.
This is definitely my go-to place now. :)
I was referred here by a friend who loves it, but I won't be going back. The male who did my nails was polite but clipped my skin several times while doing the manicure, didn't bake the gel long enough so it began peeling the next day. My pedicure was odd -- he only buffed the callus on one foot, didnt shape the nails, and didnt push back/remove the cuticle. My other friend who came with me said they didnt push her cuticles back on her acrylics at all. I wont be going back. Wasn't impressed.
The owners were incredibly nice and welcoming! I called at 6 knowing they were closing soon, they took me in and did an amazing job!
This is the third time I’ve been here, I just keep coming back. I feel welcome here, and I like how long my manicures last. I usually get the dip powder, they’re thorough in making sure they’re not a lumpy mess (especially near cuticles), and they don’t file my skin to heck when filing down the sides of my nails. I say that’s a win.
